The Pilates YUR Back exercise program stands for "You Under Reconstruction" and it consists of exercises that are appropriate for persons with a diagnosis of stenosis, osteoporosis, scoliosis, spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, degenerative disc disease or bulging discs. If you have any of these conditions you can begin with the Pilates YUR Back program and take either private sessions or join a Pilates YUR Back class.
NOTE: Persons with chronic pain must begin with 1 Initial Private Session first before joining Pilates YUR Back mat classes.
