FREE CONSULTATION

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private sessions are recommended for all ages and fitness levels and anyone who enjoys 100% personal attention and is a must for those with pre-existing injuries, medical conditions and chronic pain.  Private Sessions are available by appointment only. Call for availability.  


Single, Private Sessions:

$85 for 50 mins./ $45 for 25 mins.


PACKAGES (50 Min. Sessions)

  • 10 Pack: $720 
  • 20 Pack: $1340

Packages expire in 90 days after your start date. 


30 DAYS: 1 MONTH (50 Min. Sessions): 

  • 4: $300
  • 8: $600
  • 12: $900

Sessions expire in 30 days and cannot carry over.


90 DAYS: 3 MONTH (50 Min. Sessions)

  • 4: $280 
  • 8: $520 
  • 12: $720 

Best rates when you commit to 3 consecutive months, or 90 days. Pay on a monthly auto-renew or pay in full on your first month.  Sessions can roll over, but they will expire at the end of 90 days.  

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

A semi-private session is ideal for two people who want to begin their Fitness &  Pilates training together. Call for availability.  


Single, Semi-Private Sessions: 

$92 for 50 mins. ($46 per person)


PACKAGES

  • 10 Pack: $410 ($41 ea.)

Packages expire 90 days after your start date.

SMALL GROUP ACTIVE OLDER ADULT CLASSES

Our Small Group Specialty Classes are for active older adults, 65+ and offer a quality Pilates and Strength Training for busy seniors and retirees interested in making a commitment to their health, building strong bones and improving balance.


BEGINNER LEVEL ORIENTATION TO GROUP TRAINING- 4 WEEK SERIES:

8: $240 for first 4 week series

12: $360 for first 4 week series

This 4 week series is for new clients just starting strength training with the equipment and machines and requires a commitment of a minimum of 2 classes per week, and 3 times per week is highly recommended for best results.  Bring your own group of 3 or 4 friends and start a group together, or please ask about joining an upcoming monthly series. new clients must begin with a free 30 min. assessment.  


INTERMEDIATE LEVEL SMALL GROUPS:   

  • Single Class: $35
  • 10 Pack: $310 ($31ea.)

10 packs expire in 90 days. 

After completing a Beginner Level,  4 week series, you may be eligible to join our Intermediate Level Small Group Classes. Call for more info.

STUDIO POLICIES

  • All sessions are for 50 mins. Please arrive to your sessions and group classes 5 mins. early so we can start on time.
  • No refunds; all purchases are final and not transferrable. 
  • Purchases can be made in person or online. 
  • All private, semi-private sessions and small group classes can be made in advance up to 24-hours prior to your appt. time to avoid being charged in full for the appointment. 
  • Frequent cancellations may result in loss of the regularly scheduled appointment time.
  • All appointments must be booked by phone or in person. 
  • Payment is required in advance.
