For Pilates and Personal Training In Our Studio:

Faith Based Community Classes:

Initial Private Session: $60
This session is for new members and includes a private, 50 min. discounted Pilates session in our studio. Let us get to know you better and introduce you to the Pilates equipment with exercises catered to your unique goals and needs. This session is required if you are new to Pilates equipment training and would like to join a small group Pilates Circuit Training Class.  Call us for more information and to book your Initial Private Session. 

$80 ea./ $725 for 10 sessions/ $1340 for 20 sessions
50 minute sessions include the Pilates equipment with a more experienced certified Pilates Teacher who can work with clients that have injuries or special needs. Experience the Reformer, Trap Table, Tower, Chair, Spine Corrector.  Private sessions are for those who enjoy personal 1-on-1 attention in a private studio setting. Sessions are catered to your specific postural needs and goals and offer hands on instruction. 

Price: $40 ea.
25 minute sessions include the Pilates equipment with a more experienced, certified Pilates Teacher who can work with clients that have injuries or special needs. Experience the Reformer, Trap Table, Chair, Spine Corrector. Private sessions are for those who enjoy personal 1-on-1 attention in a private studio setting. Sessions are catered to your specific postural needs and goals and offer hands on instruction. 

Price: $45 ea./ $425 for 10 sessions/ $750 for 20 sessions
50 minute sessions can be scheduled for 2 people. Semi-private sessions are great for friends or family members who want to enjoy their own private workout together at a cost effective rate.  Sessions are with a more experienced, certified Pilates Teacher who can work with clients that have injuries or special needs. Experience the Reformer, Trap Table, Chair, Spine Corrector. Exercises are catered to both client's needs and interests. 

Price: $35 per class/ $310 for 10 classes/ $550 for 20 classes
This  50 minute session includes just 4 participants and involves use of the Reformer, Trap Table, Tower, Chair, Spine Corrector and mat work.  Classes are personalized and feel just like our private, Pilates sessions where everybody achieves their goals. These  classes have set times that are published on the schedule and you can  sign up by calling us at 727-698-8800. 

Price: $20.00 per class/ $170 for 10 classes
Classes include a combination of Pilates Mat and Essentrics classes. Because of the small class size, classes are good for all ages and fitness levels. These  classes have set times that are published on the schedule and you can  sign up by calling us at 727-698-8800. 

Note: Classes can be scheduled by Zoom if you can't join us in person! 

• There is a 24 hour cancellation policy where you can cancel any session or group class up to 24 hours without being charged for the appointment.
• All sessions and packages are paid for in advance. 
• All payments are final and are non-refundable, but are transferrable.
• All packages have a 12 week expiration. If your package is about to expire and you have unused sessions left, you can buy a new package and your unused sessions will rollover into your new package.  Ask us how this works before you buy a package.  
• If you need more time to use your sessions due to a surgery or medical reason let us know.
• Prices listed are by check, cash or Zelle.   
• There is a small card processing fee added to your purchase when paying by a credit card.
