Jean offers evidence-based personal fitness training sessions in the studio for busy professionals and older adults ages 50, 60, 70 and up. She can help you make your exercise program fun, challenging and effective. You don't have to spend hours in the gym to improve your physical fitness. With just 2 or 3 sessions per week, for 25 minutes or 50 minutes per session, Jean can help you achieve your fitness and health goals and feel great.
