She will help you improve your physical fitness, get strong and lose weight with functional fitness training, strength training, balance training and practical nutrition coaching. Jean offers evidence-based exercises sessions using fitness equipment including weights, balls, bands, the Bosu, TRX, and Total Gym. Some clients choose just personal training, or some cross train and combine Pilates with functional fitness training.
