Private Pilates Personal Training is the most effective way to get results in a timely manner. 

STARTER PACKAGE- 3 PRIVATE SESSIONS: $195

• This package includes your first 3 private introductory Pilates sessions.  
• Includes an informative assessment and exercises with the Pilates equipment. 
• We will learn about you and design your workouts for your specific goals and needs. 
• During these sessions you will know if you want to continue as a private client, or join our small group training classes, or both.
• This starter package is good for your first month.

COMBO STARTER PACKAGE- 2 PRIVATE AND 2 GROUP SESSIONS: $169

• Interested in both private and group training? 
• This package gives you 2 private sessions and 2 group sessions in your first 4 weeks.
• Group training is for all fitness levels, but group training may not be for everyone.
• If you have pain during exercise or health conditions, you can start the Starter Package of 3 private sessions.
