Private or Semi-Private Sessions? Most of our sessions are private, 1-on-1 sessions. We offer semi-private sessions for 2 people together or 3 people together. Bring a friend and enjoy a personalized Pilates workout at a cost effective rate!
To experience the best results, take Pilates 1, 2 or 3 times per week.
We suggest you wear comfortable clothes such as a tank top or T-shirt, leggings for women and shorts or joggers for men. We suggest that men wear compression shorts under their gym shorts. Shoes are not worn in Pilates but feel free to wear gripper socks or go barefoot. Be sure to shower before Pilates and have a clean body free of scents and perfume, body oils, and lotions.
Yes. Pilates can be modified for most injuries and it's important you take Pilates with an experienced instructor who is qualified to help you. Be sure to tell us about your medical history, injuries and surgeries and check with your physician first before starting a Pilates program.
All sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy where you can cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without being charged in full for the session.
