This ensures that you will be properly challenged no matter your initial skill level. You will receive detailed feedback during your private sessions and your movement will be monitored closely to ensure you use good form and avoid injury. Most of our clients prefer to get the full benefit of Pilates by starting with private sessions. Some clients have been taking private sessions for years and some clients may only need a few sessions to reach their goals. At Jean Marie Fitness & Pilates we are open to your needs whether they are big or small!
