Healthy Spines Reformer Classes: This group class is for anyone who is brand new to Pilates, those who are just coming back to Pilates after taking a break for a while, and those who have osteopenia, osteoporosis, stenosis, back pathologies and injuries. This is a small group of 4-6 people and is for those seeking a more private, intimate Group Reformer Class setting.
