Jean began her career in fitness in 1994 as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and opened her first personal training in 1996. After personally training clients for a few years, she took her first Pilates class in 1999, and immediately knew Pilates was something that she wanted to learn more about. In 2001, she embarked in professional Pilates training with Stott Pilates and has been teaching Pilates ever since.
Jean has worked with athletes, seniors, and persons with injuries young and old. Jean holds dozens of certifications in personal training, group fitness, Pilates mat, Pilates apparatus, and nutrition. Jean is knowledgeable on the latest research in biomechanics and fitness and offers all her clients safe and effective Pilates and personal training sessions. Today, Jean's interest and focus is on Pilates for anti-aging and back pain relief, and nutrition for anti-aging.
