What is Essentrics®?

Essentrics® is a fluid, low-impact, full-body workout that engages every muscle through dynamic strengthening and lengthening exercises. The goal of Essentrics is to release fascia, improve range of motion in your joints, improve posture, reduce stiffness and improve balance.  Each class is thoughtfully designed for a full body workout that includes standing exercises a chair for stretching, balance and barre work.   Leave classes feeling energized, stretched out and pain free. 

NOTE: PLEASE BRING A MAT AND WATER TO EVERY CLASS.


Pricing:  

Private/Duo Classes at Jean Marie Fitness & Pilates Studio: 

$60 for 50 mins./ $35 for 25 mins.

Group Classes at Coastal Christian Church: 

$5 per class (first class is free)
