PERSONAL TRAINING (1-2 PERSONS): We will evaluate your flexibility and movement patterns to give you a tailor made workout and teach you how to work around your injuries and postural issues. Some persons need more mobility and some need more stability. Private Essentrics training will give you the right balance between mobility and stability.
