SMALL GROUP EQUPIMENT CLASSES

ABOUT OUR ALL LEVELS PILATES EQUIPMENT CLASSES 

  • Our Small Group Equipment -Circuit Training Classes feel like a private session without the cost of a private session.
  • Our group classes are like no other. Circuit Training classes are fun and challenging classes where you learn Pilates using the full line of the large equipment. 
  • Classes are moderately paced with variations and progressions so everyone is challenged and reaches their personal goals.


HOW MANY CLASSES SHOULD YOU TAKE PER WEEK? 

  • How many classes you take it up to you. We know that if you take 2 , 3 or 4 classes per week, it is reasonable to say that you will reach all your goals in 90 days and get great results.  After you reach your goals you can transition to 2 classes per week to maintain them. Just like with any new sport or endeavor, the more you practice the better the results and outcome. 
  • If you take 1 class per week, you may get results but it will take you a little longer to reach your goals. Pilates is progressive and you learn something new every class. It's easy to forget what you've learned with 1 class per week.
