Our Pilates group equipment classes are for 3 to 4 persons; no large groups here!
Be challenged in every class and exercise at your level.
You will be guided to progress your exercises when you're ready and learn how to modify exercises as needed to avoid pain and injuries.
For best results, we suggest you take 3 or 4 classes per week for your first 8 to 12 weeks. After you reach your goals, you can maintain them by taking 2 classes per week! Even if you take 1 or 2 classes per week, you'll still get results, but it will take you a little while longer.
