For 3 to 4 people, this group circuit training class feels like personal training. Group training classes are catered to the group's needs and include all the Pilates equipment. Bring your own group of friends, or if you're 55+, you can consider joining our our Age Reversing Pilates Circuit Training Classes on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am.
Age Reversing Pilates for Bone Building & Strength
Schedule for June/July/August:
Wednesday at 10am/ Friday at 10am (requires 3 people minimum per class)
This 55 min. group equipment class for seniors, ages 55+ to help them get strong and reverse the aging process. Classes are safe for anyone with osteopenia, osteoporosis, stenosis or arthritis. Focus: Incorporates the Pilates principal of alignment to perform bone-building, bone-safe, exercises with the Pilates equipment, and includes resistance training exercises for building strength, bones and muscles. The focus of this class is good alignment, posture, strength, core control, balance, thoracic extension, building lean muscle mass.
Benefits: Improve bone density, improve posture, increase strength, core control, cardiovascular health, decrease body fat, increase lean body mass, rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries and become confident to exercise without fear of injury.
Prerequisite: All new clients are required to begin with an Initial Private Session.
