ALL LEVELS CLASSES- Whether you are new to Pilates or experienced this small group class is designed for the clients who have registered for the class that day. Class flows at a moderate pace from one exercise to the next while the Pilates Instructor keeps a watchful eye on each client. Two private sessions are suggested before you take a group class.
HEALTHY SPINES AND JOINTS CLASSES- This class is geared toward active older clients ages 65+ and those who want to feel and live younger longer. Classes are safe for those with stenosis, osteoporosis, osteopenia, scoliosis, spinal pathologies, surgeries, etc. Enjoy a fun, challenging class with the full range of the Pilates equipment. Learn to exercise without fear of pain. Two private sessions are suggested before you take a group class.
STRETCH, RECOVER AND MYOFASCIAL RELEASE CLASSES- This all levels class is helps you recover from sports, golf, gardening, and office work. Open up joints, lengthen muscles, stretch and feel tension and stress melt away. The focus is on breathing, slowing down the nervous system, relaxation and gentle, pain free myofascial rolling. Includes the mat, full range of the Pilates equipment, soft foam rollers, balls and other props. Two private sessions are suggested before you take a group class.
