If you're looking to build strength, stamina, strong bone density and increase your metabolism, Jean can help you build a strong foundation with the Pilates equipment and teach you to incorporate the Pilates principles into your strength training exercises using weights, the TRX and the Total Gym. 50 Minute Sessions and 30 Minute Sessions are available. .
At least two days of strength training sessions per week is recommended to build and maintain strong bones, however 3 strength training workouts is even better.
