The Pilates equipment classes are suitable for any age or fitness level. The Pilates equipment offers a unique and versatile workout that takes you out of your comfort zone, which is where you will start to see change happen! The springs on the equipment offer resistance which helps build strength, improve flexibility, and enhances core stability. Create a balanced body, learn mindful movement and feel taller, longer and leaner after every class.
Private Pilates Sessions and private Strength Training sessions are perfect for anyone who has a specific goal, injury or limitation. Private sessions allow you to achieve your goals at your own pace. Learn a strong foundation and healthy movement with all the studio's Pilates equipment first. If you want to build muscle and increase your bone density or prevent bone loss, we can add Strength Training to your private Pilates sessions, or you can join a Bone Safe, Bone Building group class as soon as you're ready.
Our Group Classes include:

Pilates exercises focus on engaging core muscles, which leads to increased strength, stability, and improved posture.

The slow, controlled, dynamic movements allow you to improve flexibility and decrease stiffness in joints. Learn mindful movement in a safe range of motion while preventing injury.

Pilates exercises challenge balance & coordination, helping to enhance proprioception and stability, which are crucial for daily activities.

Pilates exercises build strong bones, improves posture and reverses the signs of aging.

The low-impact nature of Pilates makes it accessible to a wide range of individuals, contributing to better balance and coordination while reducing the risk of joint injuries.
