Healthy Spines Reformer Classes: This slow to moderately paced, is for individuals who want to be empowered to get strong, improve posture and learn Pilates after recovering from an injury. Classes are designed for those managing chronic low back pain or a spinal pathology (osteoporosis, stenosis). Focus is on breathwork, form and core control, spinal alignment and posture. New clients are required to begin with an Initial Private Session before joining their first class.

Pilates Mat for Osteopenia and Osteoporosis- This Pilates Mat class is for individuals looking to improve posture and strength. Classes are designed for those with a diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis. Learn to exercise with safe movement, improve balance and posture and focus on correct Pilates form. This workout includes exercises using bands, hand weights and your own body weight to target the hips, thoracic spine, legs and wrists.
