Healthy Spines Reformer/ Circuit and Mixed Equipment- This slow to moderately paced class is for all levels and is for just 4-6 people. Classes can include just the Reformer or mixed equipment with 2 or more of the studio's equipment
(Reformer, Chair, Tower, Trapeze Table). This class is designed for individuals who have been cleared to exercise and for those who want to be empowered to move better without pain. Classes are for designed for those recovering from an injury, spinal pathology, or anyone managing chronic low back pain.

Pilates for Bone Health and Strength- This specialty Pilates Mat class is for individuals looking to improve bone health, improve posture and get strong. Classes are designed for those with a diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis. Learn how to exercise with safe, strength training, balance work, and posture-focused movement using hand weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises that target the hips, thoracic spine, legs and wrists. The focus of this class is to build stronger bone density. Classes are for those who want to be proactive for their bone health and become empowered to move better and exercise with confidence.
