INFO AND POLICIES

 

  • All sales are final.  We do not refund purchases.
  • We accept cash, check, and cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Disc).
  • Payments for your sessions are due at the time of booking your appointment.  Payments for sessions and packages can be made online using the Online Scheduler. If you  prefer to make payments by check or cash, you can do so in person. 
  • After making a purchase for a package of sessions, if you are unable to complete your sessions, you can transfer the value of your unused sessions to friend. 
  • We do not accept insurance but many health insurance companies give a fitness reimbursement if you submit your receipts. 


 

  •  Packages of 10 and 20 sessions have a 3 month expiration.
  • Packages of 30 sessions have a 6 month expiration. 


No Shows For Sessions: 

  • If you miss a session and did not cancel it, it will be deducted from your account. 
  • Early Cancel: When you cancel with more than 24 hours notice in advance your session will remain in your account for future use (non-refundable).
  • Late Cancel: When you cancel with less 24 hours notice in advance the session is deducted from your package. If no package exists, the full single-session rate will be charged to your credit card.


Cancellations for Private RECURRING Sessions: 

  • When purchasing packages of 10, 20 or 30 private, partner or group sessions, you get to reserve them at your preferred training days and times every week for more than one month in advance.   
  • It is your responsibility to cancel recurring weekly sessions 1 week/7days in advance to avoid being charged for the session. 
  • We will do our best to make up your session on another day and time during the same week,  if you have to cancel a session with less than 1 week's notice. 


Thank you for respecting our cancellation and no-show policies. These policies help us compensate our time that we have reserved for you and ensure that other clients—especially those on a waitlist—have the opportunity to book sessions when a spot becomes available.
